I agree, I am not a fan of the heat. Turns out in my case part of that is the meds I’m on, most psychiatric meds make heat resistance worse, and I live in one of the most humid places. Humidity is at least 80% of the problem

Going swimming is the only upside, and as I get older it becomes less and less of an appeal
