Turned out to be a man of his word, that is corrupt as fuck, which is just what one needs when it to comes to an insurance scam, particularly house insurance. I showed him around the house, ” You need to splash some water there, loosen a tile or two, put in a nice little coffee stain here” he said. Like anything in life you never know whether a plan will come to fruition or not. He mentioned a figure, a figure I found very pleasing, 12 grand. He wanted 10 percent as his cut. To make a long story short I got the whole fucking bathroom renovated. The only drawback being dealing with builders, a long four days, one has to keep a close eye on builders, but at the end of the day when all is said and done if you get a luxurious bathroom complete with a rain-shower, luxurious tiles etc it is well worth the inconvenience. Never underestimate the power of corruption in this world, the insurance industry being particularly ruthless it feels great to get a new bathroom on them! Fairplay to the assessor, a gentleman in every sense of the word.

You made out quite well. A bit the same here. House and one car getting fixed, and a bit more, all on insurance. It is nice to get a little something extra in those repairs because we go year after year without a claim.
This guy does the business, as he long as he gets his 10% he will go all out for you. I would put him onto you but Im Irish and I deduce ur American so geographically its impossible. I put him onto my brother, my brother ended up getting an even better deal than me 13 grand so happy days. If your house renovation extends to the bathroom I suggest you get a Rain – Shower. Those showers are the lap of luxury when you get in its hard to get back out bc of the luxurious flow of water. Just cast a watchful eye on the tradesmen, and good man get as much work done as u can all on insurance!
