Completely agree with the guy speaking @4:00.
Especially at the @4:25 mark when he starts talking about “why bother.”
What you do think?
There’s many Gen Z’ers on SP. I myself am a old millennial. And we got screwed bad as well. Graduated right into a recession, pay for almost all jobs cut across the board by a whopping 15-25% on average, then had another recession, and pay was cut yet again and workload doubled yet again. 1 person now does the job of 3 ppl, with no benefits, no job security, and yet we’re supposed to work like a dog and be grateful we have a job? A low paying soul-sucking job that barely pays for a 1br apt. Yeah no wonder morale is low.

There is no need for a dictatorship when one can use monetary pressure – betwwen wages and bills – to force slave compliance…this is what it has all been about. Every country for 1000s of years has used money as the primary tool of oppression, in places like the US it’s blatant and sweeping of course.
It’s the one deity humanity worships with unflinching loyalty and faith, the god above all others for whom people kill, genocide, desecrate the planet, and eachother, to serve. It’s the infallible cult whose power subverts any -isms and other political ideals we have.
In may ways the US is a transparent example, there exists less pretence of this cult when one sees the obvious wage slaverym and simultaneous profiteering that is achieved from every avenue of human suffering.
From its incarceration industry and military industry to it’s health control industry and media industry. I iterate the word for it has perfected making an industry from human suffering both within and beyond its borders. And remembering that this exists, to some extent or another, in every country. The US doesn’t stand alone.
Humanity are the, devotees unto currency, its parishioners, its extremists, and they’ll follow the call of this ethereal concept unto the ending of the world.
