1- Stupid Amazon Delivery guys keep delivering to the WRONG area. They never WALK over to MY door, just drop the package off on the ground like 20ft BEFORE my door. I have more deliveries coming so it’s a fucking issue. And usually there’s a truck but I went out right after I got the message it was delivered and there was no truck- I literally got outside 2min after it was delivered- and I couldn’t even flag down the driver to tell them to deliver to the right door next time. Next time they’re going to deliver to the wrong place yet AGAIN. UGH -_-
2- I had a phone appt scheduled for 5PM today. OFC that never happened bc the lady who made the appt made a MISTAKE bc it said 5PM. This appt wasn’t even told to me- I only saw it bc it was on my online portal. I had called the lady prior about another appt- the appt she made for the week after- said it was from 400-530pm. I had CALLED her back to ask if that time was right bc it’s after 5PM. Lady NEVER called me back. Then she just scheduled me for THIS 5pm phone consult which she never told me about. Fucking incompetence.
3- So my Physical Therapy bills normally go through fine- until last week 2 bills came out as $883 EACH outstanding. Or $1800 for both. I called and lady said it was never submitted to insurance bc it was flagged for needing my confirmation of the insurance #. Which they have and all bills prior and after that bill never needed my manual “confirmation.” I was like ok, she’ll submit it now so it’ll be fine. Well 5d later- today- these 2 bills show up again. It didn’t come back with an approval (paid) nor did it give a reason for a denial. Supposedly it was submitted to insurance but if it was sent to insurance, they usually either approve it (pay it) or if denied give a denial reason. it looks like it was never processed so wtf happened. The guy I spoke today said he resubmitted it yet again. But I have PT appts THIS Friday and next week so I’m worried if insurance will cover those bills. I mean nothing has changed so IDK why those 2 bills keep coming back.
Like fucking STRESS dealing with all this. Like ALL 3 things happened literally within 5min. Life is just full of bullshit like this. Dealing with all these things is fucking stress- unnecessary stress- on top of all the other shit I’m dealing with. Just $%^&*()*&^%$%^& !!!
