ive just been completely drained of energy and lifeless lately. nothing wrongs happening, im not under any stress at all, everything just seems pointless and hopeless.

Count your blessings now because- If you can’t find happiness when nothing is wrong, you’re not going to find it when ‘life’ happens. If this is just lately, hopefully it’ll pass, if not-maybe you should think of talking with a professional.
Don’t take meds unless you’re sure something is not right up there. Best of luck
