Please find my son’s posts

I found this site because my son was a member.
He asked me to join so that I could read his posts, and posts by other people.
I do not know what name he posted under – SORRY – but I know our IP address:
68.201.127.129
If we live in the same house, and are on the same network, do we have the same IP address?
Anyway, my son died Monday 10-08-12.
He wanted me to get into his posts and notify everyone that he was dead, so they would not “wonder what happened to him”.
I also need to see his posts again but I cannot remember his user name or password – this has been the longest 6 days of my life.
Please help me.
His name is JR Drew and his b’day is 05-31-83
PLEASE help me.

I will check around for that IP address. But he might have been using a proxy

It looks like ip addresses are hidden sorry. They weren’t always. Perhaps you can tell us a bit about him?

hust because your in the same house you do not have the same address unless by chance, you are assigned a random IP everytime you connect to the net. As for his user name if your on the same pc as him just select the box sign in and press down and all the past entries will come up so you can view his username that way.

wrong. assuming they’re sharing the same connection (and I really can’t envisage a situation in which they wouldn’t be in a home environment) the two computers will have the same external IP.

Are you sure that is your IP address? Go to start>run>cmd and type in ipconfig. Your IP address is the first string of numbers after Ipv4 after “IPv4 Address”

You could try typing some personal details he may have imparted with on here and searching the comments. I’ve been on here around a year but I didn’t get to know everyone. If he wanted people to know then he must have been close with someone.

I am so sorry and I hope that you are able to find some answers.
