I’m 14.. I really feel like I need to be taking weight loss pills. But everyone else Is against it. Oh they say just diet and exercise. You really want me to go outside and run looking like the fat lard I am? People will laugh at me! And its not that easy to diet! You have to have self control for that. And that’s something I don’t have and never will have. I just want to be fit and in shape! That’s all I ask for.

Diet pills will not as well with out Exicising ……..if you do t like Exicising to be seen try going out late at nigth or in you house
Well that’s what I do, also drinking lots of water will help as much…. I am trying to lose weigth too I been doing an ok job at it I still have a lot to go thou…..I way 254…. I was 286…buT I only been Exicising since the being of summer break….it’s very hard but keep at it daily….for like an hour or two and try only eating half of your food or till you first starting to feel full……. The determinations from you losing weigth will help you wit the rest of your life…. Just keep trying…. How much do you weigth

Im no expert here but I heard a great thing on people who eat too much (im sorry if thats not your problem I assumed because you said you lack self control.) and its that its not your fault. You were in pain, struggling and needed to help yourself and food was the only way you saw how and maybe still do. All you were doing by eating was looking out for yourself as everybody does. You shouldnt blame yourself for looking out for yourself thats silly :p and only send you further down the wrong path.
cut down your calories intake, and yes go running you will notice that most people who run are not in shape at all that’s why the run in the first place, also you are not fat you’re just a little bit chubby but it’s easy to drop the excess fat with hard exercise. do 100 sit ups and push ups every day and you’ll see the difference in a few weeks, for sure. i used to do thai box and i saw people dropping weight very fast.
