I agree. It’s definitely not your fault. Just cause you might have fought him does not mean that you consented. Silence is not consent. What you wear is not consent. That way you look is not consent. Consent is full engagement and participation in the act. Anything short of that and it should not have continued. I would love to find the guy and stuff his junk down his throat for thinking anything else.

If you were raped, then report it….but if you just lay there he could’ve thought you liked it and wanted to have sex with him.
It sounds pretty creepish…there’s a lot of detail you’re leaving out and I understand that…but if you were molested and if it was non-consensual, then you need to get him in trouble. It’ll give you some solace and he’ll stop abusing you also…though you might not get rid of that feeling that easily. It’ll take time.
I couldn’t agree more with this. I know what it feels like to be preyed upon…for all kinds of reasons not just sexual. It’s soul destroying but it’s not you, it’s THEM. But that understanding doesn’t take away everything. It’s not so easy. I HATE predatory behaviour no matter what the reason, or justification that seems to be proffered. It’s about human rights. You have them, and so do I. Those that choose to take them away are rotten.
No, I was molested and this is gonna sound really fucked up but my little brother did it-my mom doesn’t really want me to grow up so I was taking a bath with him and my little sister I was wearing a shirt and undies but everything was wet so u know and we were all kinda just resting in the bath and then he put his hand up my shirt
Well nothing surprises me anymore, but yes it is terrible you were molested by your brother. It probably happens more often out there than is reported or that people realize. I don’t know how old you are or were then but abuse is abuse.
Sounds to me that it didn’t end there, that he kept molesting you as you grew a bit older. It can be a very devastating and traumatizing problem with lifelong consequences. The fact that you’re posting about it here means you’re want help and I’d recommend seeing a therapist. If your brother is still at it, then report him to the cops, he will be dealt with.
In North America they usually don’t take child molestation lightly….in fact sometimes innocent lives get destroyed over false accusations, not minimizing your case, just pointing out how seriously it’s taken. There is help out there and you can be freed from this situation but you have to take the initiative and do something about it.
