My Lord God, I have no idea where I’m going. I do not see the road ahead of me. I cannot know for certain where it will end….Therefore I will trust you always though I may seem to be lost and in the shadow of death.
Hold on a minute- some people cry out to God in their hour of need – who are you to say that? Be respectful please, and kind – says that at the top of the page… don’t bring more doom where no more is needed.
Bayareaguy.. I’ve cried out to God many times, sometimes he seems very distant, but keep calling – and I’ll keep praying for you
Keep having your faith, God may not answer our prayers immediately, but he always listen. He gives us what we need, and not what we want. Things may seem hard now but he always have a greater plan for us all.
your post also encourages me to keep having faith, so thankyou for that xx
Hey bay, I just found this post of yours and wanted to check how you’re holding up, if you get this comment. I think it’s a great prayer. And this is coming from a guy who doesn’t believe in a god who hears (could be we’re transmitting on the wrong frequency, who knows). But to me, the prayer is a re-affirmation of our purpose in life. Fact: we exist. Fact: life is a pretty amazing anomaly, considering the quintillions of square parsecs of empty, lifeless space around us. Conclusion: if something stuck us here, He/She/It went to great trouble. That phenomenon alone is something worth admiring & having faith in.
