It doesn’t work, because it shows only the posts I’ve started. I know which post I’ve started, I was chatting with other depressed people, and I need to know if they wanted to reply back to my messages, on posts from other authors than me.
I don’t think there is a way to do that unless you either remember their username or search for it.
Having a list of threads a person has commented in inside their own dashboard would be a good idea if it were ever implemented.
In the Wordpress links at the top left, there’s a listing for Feedback. Unfortunately, that just takes you to yet another forum that you have to register to login to.
If you use Firefox like me, get the ‘TextArea Cache’ addon….it’ll hold about the last 20 or so posts you’ve made, it’s a decent way to track down posts if you wanted to follow up. Another program used to be good called Lazurus, but it’s stopped functioning with newer releases of firefox.
You can also simply go to your browser history and scan for the link you want. If you remember the thread title or time you were on it, then it’s easier to find it again.
Thanks. I’m on Chrome, but it still interesting to know.
Yeah, browser history, it’s a good idea. I don’t remember the title, but I could see all the suicideproject pages. It’ll still be very tiring. I don’t understand why they don’t have this feature.
You go to your dashboard.
You click on the number of comments.
You have a search box on the left, you enter your name (or anyone else’s name)
And you get the comments filtered with the name.
But it’s really not user friendly, since we make replies to people who are really in trouble, and they often miss them.
That is what I’m trying to figure out as well.
suicideproject.org/author/your username
Or try Dashboard > Posts > All posts
