A psychiatrist who prescribed my antidepressants once explained why I was hearing voices. She said that it is possible to hear voices of you go too deep into depression, it’s a rare symptom but completely possible. You made need to be prescribed antipsychotics if those are indeed voices or just inner thoughts.
Oh that sounds like inner thoughts. People who have been criticized all their life get that. Your inner critic starts yelling at you and pointing every little thing wrong with you and what you’re doing. Sounds familiar.
Definitely inner voice… It’s a thought process that has developed into a terrible, self-inflicting habit. There are websites that can train you out of that… but if it’s too serious then maybe cognitive therapy can help?
I’m sorry you’re going through this bitter critic voice, it’s the same for me all day and leaves me paralyzed with fear of doing something else wrong. I pray you get better. Have courage.

Hi princess. What’s going on with you lately?
I think I am hearing voices now, I’m going insane
I’ve wondered this myself, the difference between thoughts and voices.

The only way to describe it is its like having someone following me all day pointing out all the stuff i do wrong and then screaming it at me

Could be inner voice, could be psychotic depression. Depends.
I have words that float through my head when I’m really bad. like this constant chatter of words and it is really confusing. Maybe you have that?
Yeah. I have no idea apparently. Nice to see you though.
