A stream of water can erode a full mountain over the course of time, even if nothing else in earth can move that mountain, ever. Even if the water isn’t aware of it and thinks it’s weak (as in, a couple of drops of water won’t do much apparently), that doesn’t mean it won’t erode that mountain. So you could say that the weakness of the water is actually a source of strength, because the mountain would never have seen it coming.
I would continue but i’m all out of fortune cookies, had to go through quite a few to get those phrases!
