They say mental trauma is an invisible wound. I would have to disagree , I can see it in the mirror everyday and I’m sure that those that used to know me before can see
it in my social life.

That looks very, very deep. Please, be careful, because that could easily become infected.
I would agree with whiskered-fish on this one. Lot of unpleasant ways to die, and one of them is infection. Of course if it does get infected might just get it cut off, either way, and unpleasant thing. This comment seems callous, but I have a feeling trying to stop you from continuing to harm yourself would be a fruitless venture. Please realize we are here to talk to, or even just scream at, if you need it.

Wounds can be either visible OR invisible….
And in my experience, the invisible wounds are the ones that hurt the most.

Ouch, is to on both wrists’ . Use hydrogen peroxide to clean it
Unless it is a burn. Then just keep ot clean and dry.
