Here’s some real bacon:
Maybe it’s just the one I bought, but yeack! It felt like eating baloney. And I hate baloney. It had a weird consistency of bone and body parts, all smooshed into something called “turkey bacon.” I bought it bc the package advertised that it was “healthy.” It definitely did not taste healthy. If by healthy they mean less fat, sure, but fat is better for you than all those chemicals and soy they put in food. And yes, I also did buy a pack of real bacon but haven’t opened it yet- as a single person, a lot of food tends to go bad before you get a chance to finish it- cuz once you open the packages, you either gotta finish it all or it goes bad.

that’s why it’s called facon
yeah but turkey ham isn’t so bad, so i thought turkey bacon would be fine too
Gaaahhhh.
Not a big fan of turkey bacon.
I figured 😛
What brands are good? And how do you pick which ones to get at the grocery store? Not like I’m gonna cook it properly but whatever. Like the brighter, redder and less white the better?
The more white it has, the more it will shrivel up.
I like mine cooked so crispy it’s almost burnt.
Probably all those black bits are proven to cause cancer somewhere, but hey.
Better to die from bacon than eat a bunch of watercress/arugula/kale… and die anyway.
I had turkey bacon this morning. It was delicious. 🙂
Whenever i read bacon i remember kevin bacon. I wonder how bacon made out of kevin bacon tastes like, maybe if you try to make some you create a paradox and bye bye world?
I would rather have kyra Sedgewick-bacon….haha c what I did there
i know. for a guy named “bacon” he sure is skinny 😛
