For quiting smoking, put together a solid plan and gradually decrease its frequency. For example, go from 14 cigs a week for three weeks to 7 each week for another three week and then six per week for another three week… Have the self control and discipline to stick to your plan and you should suceed! Power through it! As far as biting nails goes, do some soul searching; there is a reason why you are doing that: Anxiety — something else? Try to find a healthy or healthier alternative for it.
Quit smoking:
1) do what October_rain told you 100% efficient
2) don’t go a lot to night clubs and bars because there you wanna smoke much more
3) start doing some sport (sport=endorphines that replaces nicotine and you’ll keep feeling well even not smoking)
4) don’t date a person who smokes for a while…
5) look for a doctor if you see alone you really can’t stop. There are some medicine that can help you, like Zyban

I need to quit too because I don’t feel very good like I could die any moment. I don’t know if it’s 15 years of smoking or drinking or something in this pepsi..the caffeine. Stay away from all of these.
A few years ago I heard someone giving another person advice about quitting the nail biting.
She said to just keep one thing in mind… “Do you scrub underneath your nails every time you wipe?”
The other person’s eyes got really big as the shock set in.
Most people wash their hands after using the bathroom, but most people DON’T scrub under their nails afterward. So of COURSE stuff can easily lurk under there.
Just the thought of having that in their mouth made the other person quit nail-biting REALLY fast.
I read all these replys ty for all advice n cordless u r funny i will start stop bite my.nails they are very short and ugly. As for stop smoking ill try to smoke less a day see hoe it goes

Try to cut your nails really short so that you can’t bite them well, or wear nail polish so that they taste awful when you bite them.
