Black velvet and heavy just beyond my sitting room window.
It was windy today, hectic in every sense of the word as nature changed its mind so many times today. Between sunshine and rain, heat of the sun and cool gusts of wind. But now it is surprisingly peaceful outside. Everything has settled and there is a beautiful sky full of stars that make me want to be among them and the breeze is so gentle it makes me want to drift away in it. After the day I have had it is almost as it the night is drawing me into it for comfort. I feel some of the peace I have been chasing. Maybe your night will give you the same.
Out my windshield… it’s dark. The road seems to go on forever. I see others, on their own individual journey’s. Some of them I use as a guide, to know where obstacles and curves lie. For every one I pass, 5 pass me. As I get distracted typing this, I brush onto the rumble strips. A friendly reminder I’m straying off my path.
Some days I enjoy the trip. Tonight, I’m tired and ready for the journey to end.
Yea tonight is definitely one of thoughs defining nights that holds yu but im glad yu guys are in this moment with me

I’m on acid. Had 149 days of “sobriety” a cpl days ago. Now I’m drunk in my rents basement. Window is covered by a towel, but when I’m outside it’s gorgeous. Windy, bit of rain..and I’m here watching American dad sad as fawk

Completely totally black, like someone spilled a trillion gallons of ink into the sky and left it there for someone else to clean up.

hmm all i see is darkness with darker shadows of bulidings from my bedroom window with the ac blowing. with a great day going to hell. I wonder if i open the window and jump see how far i can get.
my windows don’t really do a good job of being windows as there are shrub like trees in front of most of them, but I was outside just a bit ago…. it’s a pre decent night, however fairly boring and standard. Nights are nice here almost always. Is just a clear desert night. Didn’t look at the moon though, but it is decently bright so I assume a sizable portion of the moon is illuminated, no wind really, and is pretty cool, almost cold.
