And now my phone is broke! The place where you plug it in doesn’t work so it can’t be charged. No phone means no chance at a new job or a new place! I’ll NEVER have $200 to throw down on a new phone being overcharged as I am where I’m staying now!!
See if your carrier will let you activate another cheap phone on your line. Perhaps a flip-phone will take care of the problem and they’re usually quite cheap.
That’s the problem. A friend is paying for it and she doesn’t live around here anymore. I don’t even have the $50 to pull it off her account to prepaid first. Then I’d still need a good $150 for a new phone.
Do some Googling. As long as your replacement phone uses the same type of SIM card as your current phone… and is unlocked and compatible with T-Mobile’s frequencies… it should be as simple as picking up a cheap replacement phone and moving the SIM card over.
The phone wouldn’t have to be new… just unlocked and compatible. Sites like howardforums-dot-com are good places to ask mobile-related questions.
Don’t know much about the carriers in usa but you can loan a phone from friend or get a really cheap one, like a flip phone with 20-30$. It won’t be a smart phone but it will work.

Don’t mess your SIM card up…
Can’t you use another phone carrier instead of t moblie?
I second distant road. Or sell it and buy a cheaper phone.
