Making lifestyle changes can help. So exercise, eating healthier, and making time for yourself is all things that fall under that. O and by making time for yourself, I mean taking time every week to do things that you love, or that relaxes you. Also, take your time when making decisions, force yourself to take time. Weigh the pros and cons, and potential pittfalls. Sorry, if these aren’t helpful, but that’s all I got.
I never said it was easy. It doesn’t matter if you have BPD, something else, or you’re “normal”, making lifestyle changes is goddamn hard, but not impossible. It takes time, and continuous effort. However, in the end it is worth it.

People with BPD can’t just change their lifestyle. I have BPD too, and I can’t see the way out from my suffering.
I never said it was easy. It doesn’t matter if you have BPD, something else, or you’re “normal”, making lifestyle changes is goddamn hard, but not impossible. It takes time, and continuous effort. However, in the end it is worth it.
I meant that you can’t just say ‘change your lifestyle’ to a person who has BPD. It’s much-much harder than if you are normal.
