The only reason I got out of bed today was to cut myself . I wish I were dead .
Also any one that physically drags there feet should be shot in the face with a shot gun .

Stay strong my friend… I have felt the very same way… I witnessed my wife commit suicide 4 years ago. Since I have thought about it many times. Last year I even tried to shoot myself. But I found the strength to keep going. So can you.
I witnessed my wife commit suicide. The pain you leave behind is unimaginable. It’s your pain plus their own pain. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Don’t be afraid to reach out. People including total strangers are there for you whenever you need them. Reach out to me, I’m here if you need someone to talk to. I’ve lost 3 of the closest people in my life to suicide. Haha even me. Been on the bed for 3 months now. I’ll hang in there no one wants to provide for depressed patients when they’re bed ridden. I can’t even ask for medical treatment anymore. I’ll leave if my necessary supplies run out or my mind fades whichever’s faster.
