Eat properly, sleep on time, take some pain meds/advil, get rest. Sometimes if I don’t sleep properly I get a bad headache and nausea, going back to sleep fixes it.
Regardless of what is going on in your life, whether it’s depression/stress, etc you should still do the best you can to take care of yourself and your body. Otherwise it just backfires on you, I’ve learned from experience.
Lost one : I think you’re very sensitive. And emotional torment causes physical discomfort/ fever/ pain for you. I have been there and still go through those times. Find a doctor that gives natural treatment you sure need it before going to them relax your muscles and be less addicted to thoughts. Get a body massage in a spa which will help you reinstall your self love that is now self hate.
