I’m going to subscribe to this thread since I want to read the answers, myself. However, I will kick start the brainstorming. Think and Grow Rich by Napolean (you can listen to the audiobook on youtube), Abraham Hicks is pretty good (loads of material on YT), if you believe in God, Joel Osteen has loads of sermons on YT that really helped me through a tough time about a year ago before I stopped believing in God, either way he’s a very kind and optimistic man. I’m currently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and it’s really eye opening (even though I already knew the whole rat race life was stupid). A lot of ppl (including Oprah) enjoy the works of Eckhart Tole (I think his name is), particularly his book “The Power of Now”. I haven’t read it because I’ve watched some of his interviews on the OWN network on YT, and although I can appreciate his perspective, it’s not something I can fully get behind. Just thought I’d mention it anyway. I can’t really think of anything else right now as I’m still suffering through depression. But all of the aforementions have helped.
I will suggest.
1. The power of subconscious mind – Dr J. Murphy
2. Guided youtube meditation videos by michael sealey.
3. No thoughts for 3 day procedure.
4. ASMR videos.
5. How To Cure Phobias and Fears: Dealing With Everything From Agoraphobia To Social Phobias by Paul White
6. Meditation and deep hypnosis especially by youtube hypnotists and monks. The reason why I put meditation two times is due to its shocking effects of calmness on the mind thought if it can work on me it can , on anybody.
7. The physical world does not exist by alan watts – Youtube video.
Eckhart Tole is certainly a good one that Bree mentioned. I personally believe what he and other similar minded Gurus advocate is the only way to achieve a lasting happiness in life. one the most profound effects of meditation also is to help you reach that goal. but it needs dedication.
I just finished reading Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving by Pete Walker. I’m now in the rumination phase. I will post about it eventually.
Some really good stuff in the book. One thing I like is the author points you to other self help books when he thinks their content is better than what he can say.

Unable to think more.
Ah, thanks for numbering it and listing it on each line. My need for order and neatness loves a well-defined list! ha!
Eternal that’s so the case with me too. I hope you start feeling a bit better than now.
