Love…the moments when you notice something breathtaking like the afternoon sky with pink fluffy clouds…fluffy dogs and other animals…colours…the moment when someone says “me too”…
^ What he said, plus safety, peace & quiet, & entertainment/beauty/art, as Cordless noted.
The small things can also bring joy… like discovering your new local supermarket stocks your favorite beer! Hell yeah! (Stella Artois.) That really made my day.
I find it easier to examine the microcosm of a day. After all, what is life, but a string of days?
Before bedtime, ask yourself:
When was I unhappiest today?
When was I happiest today?
Keep switching between the two questions as you add items to your lists. I.e. answer the first question, then the second one, then the first one, then the second one, and so forth.
Then do the same for these questions:
What was the worst thing I did today?
What was the best thing I did today?
Note that you can include non-actions in your answers as well, e.g. “I didn’t work on my essay”, or “I didn’t smoke a single cigarette”.
The idea is to contrast moments of unhappiness and happiness, so you become aware of the difference. The same with regards to your own actions.
Otherwise, there’s always Martin Seligman’s PERMA model:

Something all of us can have but fail to see beyond the mental issues plaguing our lives. Deep inside there is a need for hurting need for pain because most of us have not known other than that so even if we can get a good life , we try to stick to the familiar. Like, I was pondering… we seek for a good doctor who can fix us fix the pain of the past in the end we are seeking for someone to mold our emotions because we know it is possible but we’re not going to do it.. let someone else do it for us.. we keep seeing different doctors and spending money. There are possibilities of turning the life into a great direction modified to suit personal need. And then some are existentialists but I will say if you’re living and you’re pro-death do not live in pain every single day of your life… keep your life good because keeping your life good will not be going to affect your decision to die of ehich you’re scared. Until you’re taking major decisions about your life like death.. I say live it fully. Sometimes everything is just so hard.

One who has wealth and is in good health.
Living without being worried about everything everyday.
Being able to hug the person you love.
*sigh*
A) Being able to enjoy beauty/art in all its forms. (nature, music, literature, etc)
B) Being safe from harm or threat, and being able to enjoy peace.
C) Enjoying ALL the different forms that love can take. (friends, family, romance) And never losing anyone we love.

Being content.
Being grateful for what’s good about your life instead of focusing on what’s less than ideal.
Being healthy, having money and enjoying leisure time also helps.

It is only someone else’s opinion….
a life in which you are satisfied with what you got, when you can finally stop wanting more.
A good life is when you have achieved your goals and be with the ones you love. Be safe and happy deep down .
