-I fear that I will not accomplish anything in life.
-I fear that I will be miserable for the rest of my life.
-I fear I will be alone and depressed for the rest of my life.
-I fear the slow process of death- if you’ve seen videos and documentaries of people on their last 6mo of life, you can see the deterioration and the immense suffering of slowly dying, and knowing you’re slowly dying. I don’t mind a quick shot in the head or something quick, but a slow, painful, dragged on death is fucking horrible. I fear I would have to go through that process. Liquid Death is purposely made unattainable, except for a few places. You fuckers who want us to suffer and have a long, drawn-out horrible death, because that is how you fuckers in the medical industrial complex make your money. Fuck you.
-I fear aging. I don’t think people really understand what that’s like until it happens to them. Aging is not fun. Slowly using your ability to see, hear, use your limbs, think, remember, walk, do things- it’s fucking horrible. And it drags on for decades.
-I fear that I will become like my mother. I fucking don’t want to become like anyone in my family.
I hate my life and I hate this *****-ass cruel this world. I just want this pain and torment to end. I’ve had enough suffering.

This is well written. I agree with the possibility and even the probability of every fear you have listed coming true for many of us and even perhaps myself despite valiant efforts to the contrary.
One fear you listed is particularly compelling because it imposed by laws developed for the medical industry which is now not only our largest industry in the US but also our largest lobby group outweighing the next five lobbies combined. Your four stated fear is so spot on and so nearly unavoidable short of taking matters into our own hands that rather that comment on it I will simply repeat it:

I wish those in charge of Big ****** and the Medical Industrial Complex were forced to take their own toxic drugs, and forced to suffer as we do. But of course they don’t. Those who have money and control the money, and control our economy always get to have a great life and screw over the poor masses. Wish I could turn invisible and just randomly slap these people lol. Like they’re sitting at their desk and bam, a book outta nowhere flies across the room and smacks them in the face. One can only wish for invisibility or telekinetic powers. If only… Well, I suppose if I had superpowers, I’d be able to get my hands on Liquid Death.
Wow, why in tarnation is Pha.rma a blocked word?
“…which is now not only our largest industry in the US but also our largest lobby group outweighing the next five lobbies combined.”
Wow, I did not know that. I knew it was big but I thought big oil and big banking was just as powerful. Nope. The most money is in promoting sickness. Lovely.
Healthcare is almost an oxymoron. Sick care is what they deliver. Prevention, self care, and non-drug non-surgical can be done for easily (very easily) for 25 cents on the dollar provided the potential patient goes with it. They make their money by charging as much as they can per service (or patient or patient group) with little regard to actual cost. They like their real estate to be excessive and their administration lavished upon massively.
Big money in keeping people sick. No money in keeping people healthy. Great policy. Really great. Keep the masses poor and sick. No time nor energy for us to revolt or do anything.
It seems Big Medicine is set to implode. I would like to see that.
