Suicidal thoughts are often a powerful response to a complex life, you’re definitely not alone.
I’ve found that by asking myself the simple question: “what can I do right now which will improve my life?” helps break down the perceived overwhelming, insurmountable pressures of life.
Even something small and seemingly insignificant such as cleaning a room, walking the dog, or cooking a healthy meal can have an immense, positive impact.
It sets a routine of accomplishment and erodes some of the barriers to tackling harder life challenges.
If one considers the time we actually spend (it’s mathematically proven) on repetitive, day to day tasks their value becomes quite important and worthy of consideration. If we can streamline a process through efficiency the byproduct is greater energy and time which can then be focused on the next area to improve our life, and so on.
Small steps, I occasionally ask myself that question many times a day.
Hey! I missed you.
I usually fall into despair. Sometimes very deeply. I wish that wasn’t true. I guess I claw my way back out. Ask anyone how and you will get a different answer. Look for that little something to reach for. Even a plant you have with blooms forming.

Dunno. I grapple with that all the time.
Find something you love.
Two cats. They’re it.

I have nothing to look for
I don’t think I even want to
I want to be gone but I’m afraid to fail again
