It’s quite hard to handle having intense feelings, positive or negative. I’m just not used to feeling that strongly anything, so it is difficult to come with even these intense happy-anxious feelings.
I try not to fall back into the same patterns of running away from it though.

I’m kind of dating someone now, so it’s he feelings of happiness, nervousness, attraction, frustration, etc.
I almost can’t stand it.
I think your anxiety is causing you to freak out. If you had a way to calm your anxiety, I think wou would really like spending time with him 🙂
We actualy have already gone on one date and have another one planned. I am just freaking out and I feel somewhat trapped. I just want to escape and it makes no fucking sense.
I think you want to escape it because you are afraid for rejection, and hte pain that causes. So escaping it seems safer.
I realy hope he is the one you are looking ofr, and that you will feel happy soon.
Mindful meditation helps to calm yourself during these intense feelings. I too have very intense feelings and thoughts. This has helped.
