As you may know I am heavily addicted to weed. My relationship with this plant is really strange. It is like a bridge between depression and anxiety. The more I smoke the less depressed but more anxious I become. What is worse? What is better? I honestly don´t know.

Think about like this, it’s good that smoking makes you anxious, in a way, because what makes you anxious is that being addicted to something, you know it’s a bad habit and that’s why it makes you anxious, maybe if you try to cut it a little bit everyday, but first you should figure out why you’re addicted, to avoid from depression or is it just an addiction?
I’d don’t know if you’ve had weed. But I do. And I don’t find that to be the problem at all. I, personally feel anxiety for the stuff around me. What already causes anxiety attacks gets worse. What never bothered me before will start to bother me. If I was anxious of the weed itself I would be having problems with the weed. Not saying it’s everyone because idk, I’m just giving a different point of view.
PatheticMale, there are some strains where anxiety isn’t as bad of a symptom. There are websites and apps that you can download that will tell you these things.
It may seem lame and trite, but I’ve had the very same problem, and really the only thing that does work for me is excercise. Took years of experiencing the same outcomes from weed though before finally really giving it a try
