i wish i was normal

I wouldn’t wish to be normal, but I would like to know what would be on offer if I did make such a wish. I wish my life worked for me; I got to do the things I wanted, got my work done and on good terms with the boss, and my bills were paid.

None of these are necessarily “normal.” From a few decades of studying such people at close range; “normal” people carry around a self loathing that makes them allow others to abuse them. Then there are sensitives, like me, who cannot function in a world that cruel. Oh well.

I don’t want a higher tolerance for abuse. I want to be able to avoid abuse. The method to that remains a mystery.
