Everything else in my life has fallen apart or is non-existent.
No love, No friendship, No Internal Peace, No External Peace,
Low in Health, Low in Money,
High in Pain, High in Depression.
Just wish I never fucking existed. FML. Just FML.

Also, just my spiritual 2 cents; there’s no such thing as external peace. I look around and I see people hurting each other, there are always things to worry about
Inner peace is a delicate flower, and takes similar amounts of effort to cultivate and protect. When you have inner peace it might look like you have external peace, but it’s just that you’ve protected your inner peace from being decimated by the daily grind of modern stress.
by external peace, i mean like my surroundings- neighbors, noise, pests, etc. like if i lived in a nice house in a nice neighborhood- say hawaii, that would be external peace. like you in a secluded lake house.
eh, i’ve given up on internal peace. guess i’ll never have it. -_-
