This is an incredibly interesting thought, to me. Spirits in a prison. It would make sense, to be sent to Earth to learn some kind of lesson. Spiritual Rehabilitation. If this were the case, some of my lessons might include learning to love myself, learning to forgive, learning to let go of anger, learning to accept every aspect of who I am.
Thank you for this post, I find it thought provoking. Im grateful for you this morning
I’ve long thought of it as one. We’re all serving a life sentence, with the only possibility of parole being terminal illness, accident, other death or suicide attempt.
The thing is, it’s variable. What kind of prison is kind of up to you. Cognative Behavioral Therapy is all about framing, shaping how you look at it. Lots of people spend time in prisons, not all of them are miserable. Thus, it follows that neither do I have to be. There are places that prisons are places for rehabilitation.
Also, many places for rehabilitation are prisons as well. I’ve seen some. It all depends on how it effects the people in them. They make them in all shapes.
I think you can get a better cell. I think you can get better relationships with the guards. You can get away from the violent prisoners.
So this prison of a life can be bareable. The insanity can be kept at bay. Good behavior goes a long way. A bit of cunning helps too, and backstabbing those who fail to help you along the way…… prison does tend to turn you into a sociopath
Sometimes yeah. Life itself can suck for some people. Some of us were dealt a bad hand in life. Life can cause pain as well
In a way, some of us are shackled with chains that we can never break and keeps us from being truly free. Life itself is a prision for some people. I’ve had my own experiences with it in the past
