I know where you’re coming from, I get into the same slump so much with my crappy sleeping schedule. I find that even if I miss a class or two though, it’s not quite the end of the world because there are ways of making it up and support systems in place (counseling, academic advising, talking to professors, etc) which can help.
Have you looked into any resources like that with your school? I find them a huge comfort when I feel overwhelmed.
Can’t say i empathise. I tend to oversleep but i am always tired regardless, but i also don’t want to go to class either.
As long as you make up for it, its not that bad. Why should you bother? Because if you are going to live you will need to work once you leave, not trying to sound like an adult- mainly because i’m way younger than you.
Also I’ll agree with the comment above do look into some resources at school.
