I don’t know. I just don’t know. I go onto Facebook, and look for people from my high school, and I hope that some of them turned out to be failures in life because I want them to feel that awful painful loneliness. I feel that way. I have friends, and I have a good family, and I am relatively well-off, but I feel so alone. I’m ‘meta’. People get stuck with being themselves: that friend who always womanizes and gets around a lot will always do so without shame. I don’t feel that way. I am able to look deep into people and completely understand them. Ironic how a socially and intellectually stimulating upbringing winds up isolating you from all the normal people in the world. My painful awareness of the order of the universe, truthfully, is my best quality. The only problem is the crippling loneliness I suffer for it.

I’m intrigued. Please enlighten me. Perhaps there is a flaw in your interpretation of the environment around you or the universe as a whole that is a root cause of your suffering. You’ll have to be more specific about the “awareness” you speak of in order to allow others to offer correction and addendum to your outlook – if there is a need.
I understand you. Yes, I also believe that understanding makes you a little bit alone. Maybe you should try to find ppl with your level of understanding. Try other environments.
My tip to you would be: don’t think a lot about this stuff. Philosophy is much of a dead end. Won’t help you to LIVE in the real world, even though you UNDERSTAND better the real world. You tend to get way too much romantic and don’t make what you have to do to live. World won’t change. It’s unequal, and we are bad ppl fighting for status. Just try to find the middle. You don’t need to be much rude, or make everything a competition. But don’t exile because that will depress you for sure. We live while other ppl still love us.
The universe has no meaning.
The animals on earth including human are savage.
I do not understand why we play the ‘game’ of civilization just to try to curb istincts that will never go away.
@ guigui sooo true.

There is a funny clip that shows a philosopher brilliant screen writer who lives in his head being interviewed by a brilliant guy who “lives, out here, on my face” and requires the other guy to use “Sassy Chihuahua” in a sentence. They are like our right and left hemispheres having a discourse and it is hysterical.

Hope you enjoy this introjection
Your path seems clear, your gift is obvious, imagine your talents turned outward to help those around you?
Like Particles of quantum matter, meaning will extrapolate when you have observed enough chaos in the lives around you.
Create meaning in your life by starting with a clear inventory of your values and an assessment of your current life’s work.
Loneliness is not failure and no one is normal.
Become the change that you wish for the world.
