I have called in sick to work today and I am going to kill myself, I have planned it for 2 months.
I have seen posts on here where people say there is reason to live and there is hope in life. For me, there simply is not, and I think it is the same for lots of other people. Trying to encourage a person to stay alive when they are on the brink of suicide can be (not always) cruel.
