Everyday lately
I wake up sweating and like from a nightmare… and then I am instantly aware of the pain im in.
I’m sad …struggle to get out of bed.
I wish I knew what to do to make things better.
I know what’s missing…just don’t know how to get it. I’m tired so tired…
