Why won’t it go away !!!

I have been seriously depressed for 10 years now.  I have been planning to kill myself for about 2 years.  Just when I think that I am getting on top of it all — taking my medication, seeing my psychiatrist, managing my life IT ALL STARTS AGAIN.

I am in a high stress job.  Before I got depressed I was a high flyer.   Heaps of work etc,  Since getting depressed it has all gone away, lost to me, I am worthless, I am a failure etc You have heard it all before.

I couldn’t do it. I got home from sneaking out, couldn’t get back in, had to call my parents then got yelled at. Heaps of guilt! YAY! They’re at wits end with me, said they wished I’d just get it over with. Well you know what? I wish that too. I don’t know why it hurts so goddamn much, and I have no reason for this pain. Confused.

I’ve changed. A year ago i felt like i was missing out on a true friend that stuck by me, someone i could talk to about anything.

Now that i have that i have completely changed. I used to be reserved, never spoke what i thought. Never talked about myself and kept a distance from everyone. I liked it that way.
But now i open up to people, tell them my worries and about my past. I don’t like this. But i find i can’t stop.

The Darkness

I hate feeling the way that ”we” do. I hate feeling so sad and lonely all the time. I hate having to pretend all the time, transforming myself into someone else in order to “fit in” and be liked.
