I can’t remember when I haven’t felt like IÂ am Â just waking up because I have to.Â If it was physically possible just to continue to sleep – I would.Â I hate facing the day.Â I drive home hurt and scared and angry every day.Â I fail as a wife, I fail at being what I feel I should at my job…I am a burden of misery to my best friend whom I ***** to every day.Â She moves to Germany soon and I know our friendship will fade away.Â Every day is the same.Â Most nights during the week I just cry myself to sleep.

Why Are People So Mean?

I’m a very sensitive person. I just don’t understand how people can be so mean to people they don’t even know. Or being mean in general. You all know the saying “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.” But they do hurt, they hurt more then sticks and stones. I don’t know how to stop the words from entering my mind even after pushing them out. Words like; annoying, *****, lazy, fat, ****, mean, slut, whore. I have been called every single one. I tried to stop cutting but I cant.

Overstimulating world

It’s easy for me to give it and think that the world works against me. I’ve had 19 years of suffering in silence, . Day after day of constantÂ disappointment, negative feedback, anxiety, confusion, and isolation. These things have all contributed to my unhealthy belief system still deeply ingrained in my mind.Â

Depression is every where all around me ever since i moved away from my family seven years ago ive never been the same.
