If someone took an overdose of pills and taped his mouth shut with a lot of duct tape to where he couldn’t undo the tape but could breat through his nose, wouldn’t that keep the pilsl in him until they are absorbed.

Your body would realize the pills are a foreign and harmful substance and attempt to extract them via vomiting. You would vomit into your mouth but be unable to swallow all of it. You would inhale and eventually die by suffocation on your own vomit.
Yeah, pills + duct tape sounds like a really bad idea to me.
Well… unless you’re trying to kill yourself in the grossest way possible… I suggest trying something else…
