Paracetamol might kill you but it takes a long time. I’m talking days. Days of feeling VERY sick and in a lot of pain. You’re likely to just wake up in hospital with a tube down your throat, and probably liver damage depending on how long it took someone to find you.
There are very very few things that you can OD on that will fast, effective and most of all pain-free. The things that work are unfortunately highly restricted.
What Angel Ash said is true. Absolutely true. But I just want to make a repair to the period of time necessary to die with an OD from Paracetamol: more than days, we’re talking about probably two weeks. I know it because I’ve read it more than a couple of times through reliable sources, and because I had a friend who works as a nurse and she’d told me how it worked. The pain is excruciating until you finally die from liver failure. It’s not recomendable at all.
Paracetamol doesn’t work. I took about 47 of them and I’m still here, with liver damage, but alive. Don’t do it unless you do way more than that, 100 would probably work, I don’t know though. Be prepared for lots of nausea, throwing up and all that. I was on a drip for ages (1-3 weeks I think it was) and can’t have it for headaches now. Not to mention I got an infection from where they put the drip in which was reallllly bad and I suffered an allergic reaction to the medication they gave me for it :(. Paracetamol is not fun.
