i think my only purpose in this lifetime is to be used up and thrown away like a rag doll. that’s all i’ve been treated like my whole life.
maybe someday someone will want me as a collector’s item

That’s not your purpose in life. Don’t think that way. Instead, just use that and dont’ let anyone use you anymore. You’re worth much more than that and deserve a lot better.
You compare yourself to a rag doll and only focus on the negative. There is also a positive; rag dolls have a high endurance for mistreatment, this is your strength, now take control.
The way I see it: A rag doll is real in the eyes of the little girl who truly loved it. Rag dolls become rags because they are loved SO much by that little girl who believed it was real.
A collectors item is a doll that was never played with. Never touched, never loved, held or kissed and is still in the box.
