Hi there, if you don’t kno what’s wrong and ur just hurting with no explanation, the explanation is you are having a depressive episode. This is a feeling exactly like uv described that can be caused by stress, low blood sugar, a traumatic event , dream, or memory, or a hormone imbalance. It is totes normal and the best ways I’ve found to survive an episode are to -eat something, anything you are able to eat is good. If the first thing you eat is sugary like juice or candy, follow it up with something more substantial like bread, meat, pasta, rice, etc. Drink lots of water, but not all at once or ur stomach might go, and that will really help with crying or stress headaches. You’re crying away your water supply and stress-burning thru ur blood sugars. – Watch something: if ur online, u can probs watch shows, movies, trailers, or music videos online at YouTube , Hulu, Netflix, network sites, artist websites, etc. I kno you get sh;+ for too much tv or being online, but it’s better than committing suicide, so f that for now ; )
– listen to good music: I have Mumford & Sons on Pandora (free online radio) while I’m doing this – another good option: writing about how u feel. Share it or not…just getting of out of your head maks it better
-sleep it off for now, if your mind is actively trying to kill u…put that ***** to sleep! Take a lil swig of NyQuil, or take 2 Benadryl, and get comfy, protected from light and sound (unless u sleep to music). Tomorrow is another day and that feels like a horrible thing to you right now, but it has just as much probability of being better tomorrow and I’m telling u it’s worth it just to wait and see.
