candy is also good too, like nerds and pixie sticks; stuff like that will pass with your urine so you don’t have to purge(stay away from skittles and gummi candies!), and you get the energy boost from the sugar rush. If you want another suggestion, I’d replace the diet coke with a couple apples. Apples are mostly water and sugar anyway so it won’t add and you’ll be getting SOME vitamins to get keep you on your feet throughout the week. You should look up the master cleanse diet cause they give some helpful tips on what to consume; there’s a special lemon drink that you have to make to get a lot of your vitamins that you won’t get from fasting. good luck with your weight management 😀
there’s a fine line between proper dieting and eating disorders. I have a physical eating disorder; I’ve never had a consistently strong appetite so every meal is a challenge. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to look better and while your eating schedule may look like an eating disorder right now, it doesn’t have to stay that way. There are ways to get yourself model skinny and still be healthy as a horse on the inside. If you add certain green veggies to your diet, you won’t have to purge as much or at all because your digestive system will be running at top speed. I think that a good goal for you is to get yourself believing that being healthy on the inside as is important as looking good on the outside. If you aren’t getting all your vitamins and nutrients, it won’t matter how skinny you are cause you’ll be frail and off color. You can be skinny and pretty if you eat right, and the right foods are so much cheaper than the crap that makes you feel like you have to purge.
I beg to differ. If you want to look good, then start taking care of yourself. I’ve been starving myself for years, and I feel uglier than I’ve ever felt.

If you want to look skinny go for a jog. Eat veggies, water obviously, fruits, and a small amount of meat every day.
