Since there doesn’t appear to be a way to cancel my account, what do I have to do to get permanently banned?  I don’t want this account just sitting open on the internet.  I should have never signed up here.

You can. Just go to Dashboard And click upload/insert.
And if that dont work just go to edit post.

did you email he sp admins directly and ask?
I have never recieved a response to emails I have sent to the admins.
Did you know that its possible to self exclude yourself from gambling sites. I don’t because I know I will always find a way to bet.
Not quite a deleted account, but two things you can do:
1. Change your screen name (you should be able to do this in ‘profile’.
2. Change your password to something long and weird. Write it down so you can repeat the same password twice. Then log out and throw that piece of paper away.
Job done.
PS. Some of us DO look at SP from work. Nekkid ladies … not cool. Especially when teh bewbs are teh fakeness.
Why would you want to read this stuff at work? Isn’t work depressing enough by itself?
Work is where I feel my most suicidal at times. I am in a small office with few people working near me. I often don’t have enough work to keep me busy. There is only one person I have worked with here that I connected with. The trouble is that connected too well and I fell in love with her, and I know she was crazy about me. She has since left this employer (nothing to do with our relationship, it was for other reasons).
Actually, I can see how this place my be helpful while at a job. You should actually consider yourself lucky you have a job that allows internet access. None of mine ever have. 🙁 Every job I’ve ever had treated me like a high schooler… someone to be yelled at and to do the crap no one else wanted to do. And people wonder why I’ve never had a job for over 11 months.
