I’m so sick of the people I see everyday. So fucking sick. They are a bunch of souless whores who have nothing better to do then make fun of people and ruin lives. I was the ONLY one in the whole fucking school who cared enough to wear yellow. The ONLY one who knew why today was a day to wear yellow. And people asked, I told them ‘It’s Suicide Awareness Day’. I got LAUGHED at. They said things like ‘suicides for losers,’ and ‘why do you care so much, you suicidal?’ And then I told one of my friends about it, and he’s like oh.. well im not gonna do it cuz im not suicidal and thats stupid. I almost broke something, out of pure anger. -_- Not a good day.

That’s unfortunate, but know that highschoolers are always like this. Teenagers are mean and inconsiderate creatures lol. They’re opposed to deep thinking and trying to empathize with others, they’re fixated on fitting in and avoiding dissent. Don’t let them get you down, plenty of people out there care. If those kids aren’t willing to take the time to seriously think about the hardships others face, well i guess there’s nothing you can do about it but hope that one day they will. A lot of people simply don;t understand what it’s like to be suicidal, try not to hate them for their ignorance.
Yeah, teens are assholes. We all are. And people laugh at the most serious things because they think they’re high and mighty. It really does suck. I haven’t done anything for it yet because I’m doing my best to just lay low and keep my mind off of that. Especially since what had happened a few nights ago.
I wore my TWLOHA shirt because I didn’t have any yellow. and so did some other girl at my school. That’s really admirable that you did that though. I don’t blame you for being mad at them because they were quite rude. you have great morals.

is september 10th always suicide awareness day? if so, that’s completely ironic, cause it’s also the anniversary of my mother’s death
people at my school were writing the word love on their arms for it instead of wearing yellow
