In my case, I don’t diminish young people’s suffering, not even for a second. Having been depressed myself at an early age, I know how unbelievably painful it can be. But the reason I try to encourage you to have some patience is because later in life things might change for the better. They did for me for a while. Who knows? Maybe you’ll be very happy one day.
