I’m sorry to say but, You can’t just get over it. It takes time and effort. Telling that to yourself can hurt you even more. Take little steps to become the person you truly are. Instead repeat to yourself when you feel frustrated with yourself “i will become a better me” name things you would like to do. for myself i would like to meet more new people, go out more often, trying a new look always gets me in the good side of the bed in the morning. This is coming from a person who was weak, scared,….etc. keep trying to be postive, my friend and you will see a difference. Good luck.
