So I heared ketamin works pretty well… I can imagine MDMA will also be amazing, but I’d like to get some more information. I’ve done MDMA.not as antidepressant but as party drug. The plus side of MDMA is the way you feel… loved, one, amazing and on top of the world, for three days. The down side is: your memory gets fucked up, you need to take vitamin c too protect the brain and after 3 days you get this huge downwards spiral… It was probably the worst in my life.
So I have 2 questions for you;
1. What kind of antipressents/SSRI/drugs do you use for your depression/borderline, and what are the effects?
2. What kind of natural things help for your depression/borderline, and what are the effects?
Lots of love,
Dawn

Small amounts of the drug ketamine can immediately relieve the symptoms of chronic depression, as well as those of treatment-resistant patients within a few hours, say Yale scientists.
After a decades’ worth of research, experts from Yale School of Medicine suggest in the journal Science that the pediatric anesthetic repairs synaptic connections between brain cells that have been impaired by depression and stress.
I take pristiqe, lamotirgine, abilify, klonipin. Side effects, no sex drive, but I feel better.
Donnie,
I Take Prozac, rum, fredflintstone vitamins, huge sex drive no ammo!
I take Sertraline, Reboxetine & Lamotrigine. The side effects are non existant for me with the antidepressants. With lamotrigine, it seems to make me stupid – it slows down my thoughts, impairs my memory and makes me really sleepy. And i’ve lost my sex drive (even though im only 23!) But it evens out my moods really well.
I use ketamin occasionally to kick me out of a bipolar depression. It works – but often gets cut with shit you don’t want up your nose – most recently baking powder 🙁 and the effects wear off pretty quickly sometimes, though can sometimes last over a good few days for me. There’s a lot of research to suggest it can be beneficial in bipolar / treatment resistant depression but downsides are it being illegal, as well as cost, purity, and some people finding it doesnt work the way they had expected.
MDMA… well… in my opinion, people who already have longstanding depression already have abnormalities in their serotonergic system and therefore ecstacy often does more harm than good. Okay, you feel great for a while, but the comedowns make me very suicidal. Steer well clear if you have any sort of mood / personality disorder as it can trigger crises.
Hope this helps, if you’re thinking of taking any drug (legal or otherwise) it’s definitely worth researching extensively beforehand.

I take Seroquel. Anti-depressants never worked on my depression, but this antipsychotic dulls the pain.
I don’t believe in medication. It’s no better than reaching for the bottle when you’re down.
Stuff that cheers me up is being with people I really like and doing something I feel competent in. Also nature, animals, that sort of thing. Or the kindness of strangers.
