I feel torn between wanting to commit suicide and trying to see the brighter side . I feel sensitive lately(quite a switch from being irritable)and have been feeling very critical of myself I don’t know why, I don’t even feel like I deserve help. I
Don’t be too critical of yourself, it only lowers your self esteem. I mean, there are already enough people in the world picking on others, a person shouldn’t do it to themself either. :/ . I’m glad to hear that you’re in a difficult position, i mean, i feel bad that it’s difficult, but just the fact that you’re still here living through shitty times, and trying to convince yourself to see the brighter side of things is a great impression. Noone doesn’t ever deserve help. People do, all the time. It’s just that they don’t know where to find it or who to talk to, because they’re afraid of feeling ashamed or embarassed, but you shouldn’t because these feelings are usual in some people. All I can tell you is that you shouldn’t choose suicide because if you choose to opt out now, then you could miss some amazing moments in the future. it’s a permanent solution to a temporary problem, so just stay strong (: .
