There re so many beautiful things i would like to do in my head.but i know that my depression and low self esteem are going to kill those dreams.whats the use of good plans.when they never work out?live it as it comes right?yea! damn right
If you have dreams, plans, don’t stop working towards them! Use them as your motivation, your strenght to keep fighting! You might go further than you think you can. Take baby steps, do things slowly, but don’t give up on your dreams!
i know that my depression and low self esteem are going to kill those dreams
You’re screwed before you begin… unless your dream is to enjoying your depression and low self esteem. That way when your low self esteem and depression will kill that dream who knows who you will be!
You know better then to create make a self defeating statement that is totally meaningless.
All you are demonstrating is that we create what we fear (or secretly want – it takes one to know one – and its easier being disappointed then actually working towards anything.)
What’s worse for your Self Esteem?
Sucking at having Low Self Esteem.
Recent studies have shown that having high or low self esteem is not an important factor to the quality of life as we might think it would be.
As for living in the moment – well you don’t have a choice; the moment is the only thing that exists no matter how hard the minds concept of time and space create the illusion that it is otherwise.
The art of living is really the art of dying as we constantly having to let go of the moments we experiance. The Master of life are those who respect each moment
“The ancient of Man prodders his curiosity. Questions arise as he wonders of his own significance… How time moves as sands of an hour glass, not to be grasped, but recoded with by the moment. The focus of a single crystal houses Hope, Love, and the rainbow multitude of Life’s involvement. We See these things as in passing… we feel than as now. The master of theses sand is he who loves each crystal.†– Rice Cain
