My name’s Brittany.
And my life’s just a mess.
I deal with depression and anxiety, and I’m here at 2:20 in the morning because I also suffer from insomnia which all three extremely suck.
I’m a drop out. School’s too much to handle for me. It stresses me out.
I stay home and do nothing. I don’t have a job or anything. My mother hates it and if I don’t do anything she’s kicking me out in 14 days.
Honestly, I don’t have much friends. So I have no where to go.
I do have a boyfriend, but he’s gone until June.
I’m just feeling alone, and desperate for some help.

Hi there Brittany. Well, first things first, you need somewhere to live – my advice is just to walk down the streets near your house, or go online, and find a job, even if it’s just a part-time at a little restaurant, cafe, starbucks, etc. Make sure it’s not too stressful, but still get out of the house a little more.
Also, try doing something you like – for example, some people like running, and it just clears their head. Find something that interests you and do it.

Things seem to be hard for you right now, and im sorry for that …. But i think that you need to find somehting that you love. Something that takes you out of the real world and connects you with yourself. Running? Writing? Music? You need an escape. And maybe/hopefully when you find that escape you will find the courage to do what you need to do. Best of luck to you, stay strong.
Hi Brittnay. Please talk to your mom and ask her if you can stay at home. Maybe you can do some chores around the house and help keep the place clean? If you can find a job, then you could pay some rent. It’s cold outside and it would be awful living on the streets. Please don’t give up.
