Having read a couple of your previous posts, I’m just assuming that you and your partner are no longer together. I’m sorry if that is the case, but the way I’ve started to see things is that shit happens for a reason.
We don’t have to like it, hell we probably aren’t going to. Lets face it, we have this life and sometimes it’s shitty. We lose the people we love in some way or another, and we’re expected to carry on as if nothing has happened. Well I call bullshit on that. It’s fine to show you’re hurt. It’s good to let people know you’re not ok. The more you allow yourself to express your emotions, the less they can hold you back.
The main thing to remember is that you’re not alone. Even if you have one person in your life who can listen, then that’s better than no one at all. Plus- you have all these amazing people on this site who help others out everyday. If you’re really stuck and need someone to talk to, don’t hesitate to email me.
