So sorry Syria,
It’s your turn now to suffer the relentless war machine we have created. This was never the “dream” of the people, but some one pressed the bottom and now the machine is unstoppable.
Our collective hands are in the air and our perspective noses are back to the floor, our febel eyes rolled back with our stubborn feet kicking pebbles in our absence of helpful words for reasoning.
“I guess..I guess..well idk!”
If we had control over ourselves..idk!
If we really believed in a better world for…idk!
And if we could change things for tomorrow we would….isdk!!
Please don’t be mad? I know that is asking a lot from a mindless war machine but we know not what we do… More like we know not what they do..or who “they” are… or what “they” have planned. All we know is that when they are done with this campaign we will try our best to provide comfort and support for a competitive price….you can count on us!
And remember, your imput is always irrelivant. Please forward all your questions and concerns to a higher power such as; God, Ala, Budda, Mohamed, Jebus, or your most commonly prefered spiritual commission.
It has been a pleasure serving you and thank you again for choosing us as your prefered DoomsDay provider.
Sorry again for the inconvinience…..”Our Bad!”
Love always,
The United Mistakes of America

*being sympathetic or showing support towards the enemies of the USA constitutes you being labeled a terrorist under the patriot act and you will be water boarded and thrown in Guantanamo bay because clearly you are a threat to the USA….
*extreme sarcasm used
The drums of war beat loud again. War is not something to be taken lightly, military action should not be proposed because it *may* be an answer. There is a permanent toll to our actions and there is no guarantee it will solve anything, if not it will create even more tension between the diplomatic relations between the US and the world. The people whom have declared this invasion have not thought about the losses which will affect many as a consequence of this. The expenses of it not only financially but personally as well. Soldiers are not statistics and neither are the civilians which will be killed as we raid their homeland looking for opposing forces. The death of the innocent is always exonerated in war, although it can never truly be justified. I’m ashamed to be an American. Since the United States was founded in 1776, it has been at war during 214 out of its 235 years of existence. Only 21 years in which the US did not wage any wars. How despicable.
Everything is taken into consideration..even the death toll!
Except we always aim higher than anticipated!
@SB that is pitiful but what can you expect from a country that’s a fucking bully… The USA involves itself with foreign conflicts because it is financially beneficial to the higher ups… that is always the motivation behind bullshit wars
@RT
They can’t take into account the pains of a lost loved one since they’ve probably never experienced it themselves. And if they have and they actually support and encourage that kind of pain, they are sociopaths and should not be in control of this country.
“Kill ’em all, let God sort ’em out.”
Makes ya wanna hurt people, doesn’t it.
@PainNLife
Exactly. It’s funny how they can even try to justify some of the destruction they’ve caused. The My Lai Massacre in Vietnam where innocent men, women and even children and babies were killed… how can anyone defend that. And our justification for even invading Vietnam was that we were protecting/saving their citizens from Communism? We killed so many more innocent people than if we just left them alone to have their own revolution and gave them their right to self determination. And when was it our job to save other countries from themselves? We’ve destroyed all the countries we’ve touched through our imperialism. The US will never learn, that is grounds enough for its eradication.
We go into Syria, Russia and China are gonna be a little peeved. Hey, maybe WW3 will kick off. Sweet, the anti-war Democrat president was a real winner this time around.
@SB:
I think i see you attributing some of the U.S. gov’t’s antics to incompetence, when it is clearly malice. Stop helping excuse them from responsibility. The people in charge are actually doing all this on purpose, not “because they don’t realize.” They know exactly what they’re doing, even if the soldiers and politicians and common people are mislead to believe otherwise.
It is literally ALL intentional. Make no mistake about it.
It’s not that “the US will never learn,” it’s that TPTB already believe a certain way, and nothing will dissuade them. Kinda like religious zealots, only much worse, because it’s intentional malice, under false pretexts, with carefully contrived propaganda, for the purpose of a gain. At least you can almost excuse the religious for just wanting to believe there is more than this shitty world.
@Clevername
You’re right. I just have a hard time wrapping my mind around the fact that a person can consciously allow for such destruction, death and tragedy to happen and to even advocate for it.
It just doesn’t compute. I can’t empathize what so ever with that kind of mindset. It doesn’t seem real because it goes against every moral and sense of what is right that is in me. But in all reality it clearly is.
Me too. It’s 2013. Everyone knows what bullets and bombs do to people.
I don’t think we should call the people in charge “America.” But the rest of the world does, because that’s what they’re lead to believe.
I’m ashamed and disgusted by that image, especially because it’s based on something i can’t, don’t, won’t advocate, didn’t choose, and can’t cause to cease, and that image is involuntarily applied to me, and many others, without our consent, making ‘us’ look like terrible people, to the rest of the world… while we actually have very little, if any, control over any of it.
According to my own definition of “American,” I’m not ashamed to be that. I’m ashamed of what it has been manipulated to represent to the rest of the world, and how it has been corrupted by forces and agendas that run utterly counter to its original intent, and have incrementally shaped it into something so dreadful.
Sometimes i think about how bad i feel for the soldiers. Once they get to the “theater,” they’re too heavily invested and relied upon by their fellow troops, to suddenly realize: “hey! this is wrong! i’m not doing this!” and refuse an order, no matter how wrong or disgusting they might think that order is. Many go in with an idea that “it’s good to serve the country,” or “i’m doing this for my family,” or “i don’t really have another choice, so i’ll serve for a while and then be set…”
But then they get over there and see it different than what they were told, have to do horrible things, and the only way to have a chance to make it home in one piece, is to follow orders, sometimes even those that haunt their thoughts and turn their dreams to nightmares, for the rest of their lives. Lots of them see things they would not have otherwise believed, and come back with a completely different mindset.
It’s a harsh scenario, to say the least. I have profound respect and appreciation for those people… but i hate the way they are used by those in charge at the highest levels.
@ SB…. in the words of Jesse Ventura… “Wars are started with false flag attacks to generate support for it”…. The gulf of tonkin incident never happened….pearl harbor was allowed to happen…. and part of the reason kennedy was killed was because he wouldn’t play ball ….he wouldn’t go along with “operation northwoods”…. our government is no longer there to “protect and serve” but to control and manipulate….I believe 9-11 was an inside job to justify the invasion of Iraq….but of course when you tell people this you are instantly a “tin foil hat wearing nut job”….. I just find it hard to believe the official story there are too many inconsistencies and anomalies that are to this day unexplained or ignored.
Civilization is a logical progression following the development of cities. No city, after growing to a certain point, can sustain itself using its own landbase, which practically guarantees violence and conflict on a geographic level. If the United States were not aligned by a federal government, different states might be fighting over and with Montana or some of the less populace states due to the scarcity of resources in the more populace states. Instead, we’re sewing chaos in the Middle East and elsewhere in the world. It’s impossible to avoid at this point, aside from completely dismantling civilization.
I’m all for jumping on that bandwagon! ^^
Watch the movie serenity and see what happens to humans who no longer get angry or wage war.
Sounds boring!! lol
Haha i promise you its not boring. It hust shows what happens. Two results happen. Trust me i think you’d find it interesting.
Well if it’s on Netflix then maybe that’s a good suggestion for Sunday’s SP movie night?
sure~
did anybody watch the man from the earth?….it was actually a really good movie for a low budget film…
I took slight enjoyment watching all those respectable actors but didn’t like the fact that there was only one location they filmed in.
“Low budget” is a “polite” word for that movie! lol
lol it was still good….it would have been better had they shown his flashbacks to the past as he was telling the story….
I had the same thought! lol
They should make a film on the suicide project. A heartwarming tale of hope, despair and loss set in cyberspace. The plot will focus on one man’s personal battle with trying to predict the outcome of sporting events. Along the way he encounters a number of obstacles, most notably, religious people jinxing him with quotes from the bible, moderators, people prattling on about nonsense affecting his concentration. Can he overcome these challenges and save the most important topic in the world (suicide discussion), nobody knows. People would pay good money to watch that movie.
